Privacy notice
This notice explains what StableSend LLC ("StableSend", "we") collects through stablesend.ai, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what we need to reply to you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- What you type into the early-access form: your name, work email, company, the option that best describes you, and your optional message.
- Basic technical data for security: your IP address and browser type, used to block automated spam and abuse, and to keep the site secure. We store the IP address only in a keyed-hash form that we cannot reverse, and only the browser family, not the full browser signature.
We never sell your details. Our service providers (hosting, database, email) process them only to run this service, as described in this notice. We do not use advertising trackers, and we don't collect payment or bank details on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and talk about whether the service StableSend is developing could fit your payment corridor.
- To protect the site and the form against spam, fraud and attacks.
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@stablesend.ai.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this website for us, under contracts that require them to protect it: Vercel (hosting and bot protection), Neon (database), and Resend (email), which delivers the notification of your request to our team. Some of these providers store data in the United States.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Early-access requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. "Last contact" means the last email or call between us. Deletion includes the copies of your request in our internal notification emails, where we control them. Security counters and logs are kept for up to 90 days. You can ask us to delete your request sooner.
How we protect it
Information is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), stored in an access-controlled database, and accessed only by authorized StableSend staff and the service providers listed above.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email privacy@stablesend.ai and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.
Cookies
This website uses only cookies that are strictly needed for it to work and to protect the form against automated abuse. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
